ok so i was in my garage and i was shooting my mini spud gun then all of a sudden the back blew off and made a really loud noise so 20 sum odd minutes later my ears are still ringing what should i do

To get rid of that you have to free up the muscles in your neck and here’s how to free them up:

Put your hands alongside your head so your thumbs are on the front of the muscle under your ear and your fingers are on the back of the muscle behind your neck. Squeeze your thumb and fingers together and hold. Relax your body. When your fingers and thumb touch, about two minutes, slowly lower your head as far as you can, release the pressure but hold your neck lowered for another 30 seconds.
For best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed.
I was suddenly exposed to a very load noise and my ears won’t stop ringing. What should I do?
At work today, a tire exploded in my face and threw me 10 feet through the air and ever since, about 8 hours ago, my ears have been ringing constantly.
